SC 110, which performs automatic and fast cutting of PVC profiles in different lengths with its adjustable saw advance speed, has 10 profile loading capacity (Max. Length 6500mm). It can automatically take the profiles from the loading magazine and cut them to the desired lenght. It is possible to cut large profiles with a 500mm diameter saw. 

It automatically cuts all angles between 45 ° and 135 ° with 0.1 ° precision by means of servo motors. There is a high performance industrial PC with Windows 10 operating system, operating between 0 ° C - 55 ° C without fan. All error messages are displayed on the screen with the interface program developed by the Haffner Makina Software Department. The cut pieces are automatically transferred to the off-load station.

 It is possible to transfer data from wireless network connection or USB. It is possible to provide service with remote connection method and to detect and solve problems by connecting to the entire automation system. It has a 15 ”touch screen. With the automatic conveyor belt system, it can transport scrap profiles to waste containers. It has full integration with window - door production software. Barcode Printer (AK 003), Dust and chip extraction system (ES 024) are optionally available.
