CN 782Double Stack Four Head Welding Machinery

                            
CN 782 allows the cleaning of four corners of a sash or frame simultaneously in a short time with high accuaracy and quality, by servo controlled 18 axes automation system. Unique Haffner design and solid cast construction enables simultaneous working of the two independent heads of the machine in stability and accuracy, as well as adaptation of the specially designed knives to the machine. 

It offers shorter work cycle by simultaneous processing on the lower and upper surfaces of the frame. Delivers ultimate results in corner cleaning by specially designed 12 diff erent tools on each head. The system is equipped with surface scraping knives, inner corner scraping knives, curved cleaning knives, gasket groove drills and monoblock frame knives. 

White and colored frames as well as gasket retracted and plain profiles can be chosen from the screen or by the help of barcode scanner and cleaned automatically. The system is equipped with 15” touch screen and high performance industrial PC with Windows 10 operating systems and works without a fan activity between between 0°C - 55°. User friendly unique interface developed by Haffner Machinery Software Department enables to create new programs and edit the existing ones easily by using the .dxf drawings of profiles on the screen. 

System allows remote control for problem identification, solution and service. The software cleans unnecessary processes and sustains maximum security against virus attacks and user faults at every system start-up and turn-off. The mobile hand terminal enables programming during adjustments.

Data transfer is available via network and connection or USB storage. Infinite number of profile dimensions and properties can be stored. Automatically back-up daily data on internal storage unit. With shift monitoring system, all operations can be controlled daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. Central lubrication system eases the machine maintenance.
