CT 303 Glass Assembly Machine is a vertical counter designed for placing glass and attaching lath to frame and / or wing joinery of Aluminum Doors and Windows. It can also be used to marry the sash frames to the frame frames. CT 303 Glass Picking Machine can be used alone or it is possible to set up a vertical assembly line by bringing more than one machine side by side. The table, which can rise vertically, makes it easier for the operators to work on the frames and provides ergonomic working opportunity. With the sequential parallel clamping unit placed in the vertical direction, the frames are fixed with a smooth square with a reference to the left side of the counter. Sash fastening, glass attachment and lath attachment processes are performed respectively on the fixed frames. 

Finished joinery can be transported and packaged to the next station with minimal effort thanks to the horizontally positioned cylinders on which they stand. CT 303 Glass Picking Machine provides flexibility in factory layout solutions thanks to its ergonomic design and vertical working principle. Thanks to its design in accordance with CE regulation, work accidents are prevented and a maximum safe working environment is created.
